Loading Phase
The Loading Phase lasts for the first 2 days of your Detox and involves starting your drops as well as eating more than you normally would – preferably foods high in good fats and natural sugars.
This phase is vital as it takes 2 days for the drops to trigger the release of stored energy from your fat cells. It also prepares your body for the Detox Phase, so it’s important not to skip it.

Detox Phase
In the Detox Phase, your Detox Drops will release calories into your bloodstream, so the food you eat is just supplementing these calories. It’s also retraining your digestive system and reforming good habits.
Because of this, you should limit your intake to just 500 calories per day and follow the ingredient guidelines explained throughout your User Guide.
In this phase, it’s important not to eat more than the recommended portion of protein, fruit and starchy carbohydrates as this will affect your weight loss. You should also aim to drink between 2 – 3 litres of water per day.

Maintenance Phase
The Maintenance Phase is the most important phase of the program. It’s always exciting to see the results of your hard work; now it’s time to make sure it stays that way.
The main point of the Maintenance Phase is to reset your metabolism so that you can live a healthy, happy lifestyle without worrying about those kilos creeping back on.

After the Program
The best part of all! After the program, you can begin to reintroduce the foods you love.
Aim to introduce starches one at a time and pay attention to your body’s reaction. If certain foods cause symptoms like gas or bloating, it may be worth dropping this food from your diet altogether.
Remember to continue the healthy eating habits you’ve established. This means not skipping meals and enjoying all foods in moderation. It also means limiting processed foods to avoid a slippery slope that could undo all your great work.

I have done this diet a few times with my first time approx 6 years ago losing 8kg in 3 weeks with 500 calories per day. My situation is different from others as my Leptin level is very high, 29 causing me to always be hungry, therefor eating every few hours, small meals. Normal Leptin level should by no more than 5. Due to this I have had to eat a bit more than 500 calories. I usually can maintain 500 calories for the first week, then go up to 700 calories. I am very happy to say that I still have achieved a lost of 5kg in 3 weeks. I will have a break for few months to settle then will try and lose my last 5 kgs. Started at 70.5kg, now am 65.5. My goal is 61kg. Ever heard eating small meals often is good……well this is false. This spikes blood sugar which means that my body will never get to fat burning mode unless I am sleeping. Now that I understand now Leptin works, I am trying very hard to only eat 4 times a day within a 10hr window. Understanding your own body and what works for you is the only way you can succeed in weight loss as most of the advice out there does not work for everyone. HCG drops from Trim n Healthy has worked for me to get weight of fast, so that I can then go to my normal healthy habits and maintain or even loss more weight. I put on 10kg during covid from less movement and of course the fact that my body is telling me it’s always hungry. I was also guilty of increasing my normal 1450 cals per day to maybe 1600 cals, just from extra healthy snacks. You can get fat, even by eating healthy. Good luck – best thing I have ever used for quick results. This stuff really works and of course if you stick to the 500 cals per day, you will have even better results than me.
