• Wash your hands then open the sealed sterile envelope and peel off the sterile backing sheet.
• Press the patch onto clean, dry skin, press firmly (no moisturiser, tanning cream, powder, oil, sweat or dampness from the shower) and smooth out to the edges with fingernail.
• Place under the bra line or on the abdomen between the hip bone and belly button or on the thigh about 13cm above the knee (especially if your skin is a bit sensitive).
• Take care not to pull the patch off when taking off clothes.
• OK to wear in the shower or swimming.
• Pat dry- no not rub.
• You can successfully reposition the patch at any time.
• Place the next patch on the opposite side of the body, alternating sides each time.
• Store your spare patches in the sterile envelopes supplied, away from direct sunlight, strong odours, microwaves and computers – so they keep their full potency.
• There is no shelf life if stored correctly.
