Thank you ladies for providing the solution to my INCREASING waistline & DECREASING motivation to exercise like I used to. In my mid 60’s, recently retired and wanting to slow the pace down, strenuous exercise didn’t appeal as a way of keeping my weight under control. So after constant searching on the internet, looking for that “Easy Magic Fix” I found your program which gave me a simple daily routine....(and only light exercise!!!) And as well, an entry price that was easily affordable, considering my starter kit cost about half of a week’s worth of home delivered food (from heavily advertised weight loss systems) I purchased the 23 day kit, got started immediately and was thrilled at instant results (which I thought was impossible). After losing 3.8 kg in the first week, motivation wasn’t a problem and after 23 days had lost 7.3 kg and another 1.3 kg over the next few weeks. Today I finished the 46 day program. I am proud to say that I’ve lost 9kg and I Am feeling fantastic!! The first few days were a little tough but after that I found it very easy to stick too. I was so worried about being hungry but the drops really do work so being hungry was never actually a problem. I’m now going to do 3 weeks of maintenance and then start the 26 day program so I can loose 15kg in total as that was my original goal. I highly recommend Trim N Healthy 👍

Hi All, I don't have any photos to share, however I did keep a record of my progress and am really happy thus far. My starting weight was 82.1Kg My finishing weight was 70.5kg So I lost a total of 11.6kg - YAY - I would however like to lose another 6kg. I was advised that this would be ok to do after I finish a round of maintenance which is going well. I lost a total of 8cm from my bust I lost a total of 8.5cm from my chest I lost a total of 11cm from my waist I lost a total of 4cm from my Hips I lost a total of 10cm from my midway I lost a total of 2cms from my Thighs I feel better and more positive and even though I live with a lot of chronic pain it seems to be a little better as well. I've used the Trim n Healthy program before and I'll certainly do it again. I have an active but indulgent lifestyle, so when I find I have a few kilos extra on that make my wardrobe feel a bit snug, That's what i do. The first time I did the program, I had 10kg to lose, and I did that in under 6 weeks. It wasn't hard because I was determined to lose the weight, and not feeling hungry was the greatest bonus. Each year (after the summer fun), I shed the weight ready for next summer, but each time I do it, I'm starting from a better place. This program makes you better at portion control, so even if you love chocolate as I do, and the odd bourbon whisky, and just food in general, each time you do the program, you'll find fewer kilos that need to come off to get back to your original target weight. It's a great program, simple to do, and it gets you eating real food, not packaged stuff or meal replacement shakes. Stick to the plan, just like the book tells you, don't cheat, and the weight just falls off. Do yourself a favour first and get a set of accurate digital scales if you want to see how fast it happens. Weight loss is fastest in the first couple of weeks, but the first time I did this, I averaged over 232 grams per day for the entire 43 day program. Just do it. It works.

I started Trim and Healthy (The 6 week course) on the 16th January at 97kg. I am currently in the last week of the maintenance period and I am 84.5kg, a loss of 12.5kg. Last year I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and I went through 4 months of chemo treatment. As a result I gained 7kg and I was feeling very uncomfortable in my skin. Trim and Healthy was very easy, with a little planning, and I was highly motivated due to how fast the weight was disappearing. I have almost finished the 6 week maintenance period and I am keen to go again, this time for 26 days. I feel great now and have lots more energy. I am looking forward to fitting into my old clothes from years ago. Oh, by the way, I'm Cancer free too, so 2019 is turning out to be a great year so far. 😁
