CHICKEN AND CELERY SOUP (VLCD)

Ingredients
  • 100g lean minced chicken/ veal/ beef
  • 2 cups celery chopped into chunks
  • Garlic
  • Sea salt, celery salt, garlic powder or garlic salt, dash of pepper, stock cube
  • ½ packet “slim pasta” or ”miracle noodles” (optional)
Preparation
  • Brown meat until half done
  • Add ¼ cup of water and cook until absorbed
  • Add celery and enough water to cover
  • Simmer until celery is cooked through
  • Add salt and spices to taste
  • Wash noodles/pasta and add 3 minutes from end of cooking time
