Ingredients
  • 100g chicken (veal or beef)
  • 1/2 juice of a lemon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Moroccan spices
Preparation
  • Heat non-stick frypan over medium heat
  • Cut chicken into thin slices
  • Toss in the spices
  • Squeeze on lemon juice & sprinkle with pepper
  • Toss seasoned chicken in the preheated pan until cooked
