Curry prawns (VLCD)


  • 100g prawn meat (head and tail removed)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste (2 cloves minced)
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • salt/black pepper (to taste)


  • Preheat frypan over MED heat.
  • Add garlic. Cook until translucent. 5-10 mins.
  • Add prawn meat, seasonings, and water. Mix & stir fry until cooked through. 2-3 mins
