Curry prawns (VLCD)
- 100g prawn meat (head and tail removed)
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste (2 cloves minced)
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- salt/black pepper (to taste)
- Preheat frypan over MED heat.
- Add garlic. Cook until translucent. 5-10 mins.
- Add prawn meat, seasonings, and water. Mix & stir fry until cooked through. 2-3 mins
