Moroccan Chicken (VLCD)
- 100g chicken (Veal or Beef)
- Juice of half lemon
- Black Pepper to taste
- Moroccan Spices
- Heat non-stick frypan over MED heat.
- Cut chicken in thin slices, toss in the spices
- squeeze on lemon juice & sprinkle with pepper.
- Toss seasoned chicken in preheated pan till cooked.
