Spice Encrusted Chicken Breast (VLCD)
- 100g Chicken Breast
- Prepared spices (see Tip)
- Place ingredients in a plastic bag, toss till whole fillet is coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat non stick fry pan..Sear chicken on all sides
- Wrap in Foil with tsp water
- Bake in Medium Oven till cooked through..(approx 20minutes)
