Sweet Japanese Cucumber Salad (VLCD)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium Cucumber sliced/diced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp finely minced onion
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  • Mix ingredients together, marinate for 15 minutes or more and serve chilled.
