“I’ve used the Trim n Healthy program before and I’ll certainly do it again. I have an active but indulgent lifestyle, so when I find I have a few kilos extra on that make my wardrobe feel a bit snug, That’s what i do.
The first time I did the program, I had 10kg to lose, and I did that in under 6 weeks. It wasn’t hard because I was determined to lose the weight, and not feeling hungry was the greatest bonus.
Each year (after the summer fun), I shed the weight ready for next summer, but each time I do it, I’m starting from a better place. This program makes you better at portion control, so even if you love chocolate as I do, and the odd bourbon whisky, and just food in general, each time you do the program, you’ll find fewer kilos that need to come off to get back to your original target weight.
It’s a great program, simple to do, and it gets you eating real food, not packaged stuff or meal replacement shakes. Stick to the plan, just like the book tells you, don’t cheat, and the weight just falls off. Do yourself a favour first and get a set of accurate digital scales if you want to see how fast it happens. Weight loss is fastest in the first couple of weeks, but the first time I did this, I averaged over 232 grams per day for the entire 43 day program.
