Loading Phase

The Loading Phase lasts for the first 2 days of your Detox and involves starting your drops as well as eating more than you normally would – preferably foods high in good fats and natural sugars.

This phase is vital as it takes 2 days for the drops to trigger the release of stored energy from your fat cells. It also prepares your body for the Detox Phase, so it’s important not to skip it.

Our TNH Program User Guide explains the Loading Phase in more detail and is included in all our programs or can be purchased separately.

Detox Phase

In the Detox Phase, your Detox Drops will release calories into your bloodstream, so the food you eat is just supplementing these calories. It’s also retraining your digestive system and reforming good habits.

Because of this, you should limit your intake to just 500 calories per day and follow the ingredient guidelines explained throughout your User Guide.

In this phase, it’s important not to eat more than the recommended portion of protein, fruit and starchy carbohydrates as this will affect your weight loss. You should also aim to drink between 2 – 3 litres of water per day.

Maintenance Phase

The Maintenance Phase is the most important phase of the program. It’s always exciting to see the results of your hard work; now it’s time to make sure it stays that way.

The main point of the Maintenance Phase is to reset your metabolism so that you can live a healthy, happy lifestyle without worrying about those kilos creeping back on.

After the Program

The best part of all! After the program, you can begin to reintroduce the foods you love.

Aim to introduce starches one at a time and pay attention to your body’s reaction. If certain foods cause symptoms like gas or bloating, it may be worth dropping this food from your diet altogether.

Remember to continue the healthy eating habits you’ve established. This means not skipping meals and enjoying all foods in moderation. It also means limiting processed foods to avoid a slippery slope that could undo all your great work.
