CHICKEN AND CELERY SOUP (VLCD)
Ingredients
- 100g lean minced chicken/ veal/ beef
- 2 cups celery chopped into chunks
- Garlic
- Sea salt, celery salt, garlic powder or garlic salt, dash of pepper, stock cube
- ½ packet “slim pasta” or ”miracle noodles” (optional)
Preparation
- Brown meat until half done
- Add ¼ cup of water and cook until absorbed
- Add celery and enough water to cover
- Simmer until celery is cooked through
- Add salt and spices to taste
- Wash noodles/pasta and add 3 minutes from end of cooking time
